Hi Elaine,

I think I understand how to make this sauce your way – I have done it similarly in the past. I am confused by one point – under Step by Step Instructions, you say: ” If you don’t have beef stock or water by hand, add it.” That is unclear to me – sorry.

If stored in the refrigerator, it can be stored for about a week. I recommend eating it within 5 days.

Theoretically, yes, if you like the taste of peppercorns, you can do this, but the taste will be a little different from that of black peppercorns. Remember not to add too much peppercorns.If you try it, please come back and tell me.
