I agree with this! This is very misleading when there’s up to 40 minutes of extra prep time while the dough rests at various stages.

haha, I have a tip. Try to get yourself a round plate or non-stick pan. Then use your fingers to spread the dough to cover it to form the round shape.

I just had some difficulty on the last part, getting the round pancake circle into a flat pancake. The pancake started to burst, and then it got quite messy… any tips about that?
