thanks, i had forgotten how fragile silken tofu is. I have gotten tired of meat, am old and wanted to eat my newly purchased tofu for dinner. A success thanks to you.. Dont know why I was unable to think of the microwave, but thanks to you I am now eating a hot spicy meat free meal.

In reply to Paolo.

This was amazingly easy and good! AND my grocery store subbed firm tofu for silken. Still good.

The combination of soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil must make the tofu so flavorful. I love how the tofu melts in your mouth. Definitely going to try this soon!

Hi,
garlic is missing in ingredients overview + how much and which oil do you use for drizzling?

And what’s the difference in using light soy sauce (less salt) but adding salt? Can I also just use normal soy sauce and then add no salt? Thank you
