So it is a universal rule to eat ginger inside China. I am a fresh ginger fan and use it very frequently in summer. Consequently, the fresh ginger are much tender. And since fresh ginger has a low lever of\u00a0ginger protease, so they are milder and less spicy.The most popular method of enjoying fresh ginger is to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinasichuanfood.com\/pickled-ginger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pickle them<\/a>, either with vinegar or via a Sichuan style.\u00a0 But inside Sichuan province, we love to fry dishes with fresh gingers. Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing wine)<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. corn starch<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>vegetable cooking oil, as needed<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinasichuanfood.com\/doubanjiang\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">doubanjiang<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>100g fresh ginger (about 2 fingers), shredded or sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. light soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 scallions, cut into smaller sections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Steps<\/h3>\n<p>Cut the beef steak into 1cm wide strips. Marinate with all the marinating seasonings for 15 minutes.\u00a0<strong>Add cornstarch and mix well.
