You may know lots of fabulous Sichuan dishes like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinasichuanfood.com\/mapo-tofu-recipe\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"926\">Mapo tofu<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinasichuanfood.com\/twice-cooked-pork-recipe\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"892\">twice cooked pork belly<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinasichuanfood.com\/shui-zhu-beef\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"10399\">Shui Zhu beef<\/a>. You may find this one looks a similar to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinasichuanfood.com\/mala-chicken\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1988\">Mala chicken<\/a>. The shrimp of this version is quite tender rather that dry-cooked. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut dried chili peppers into small sections and then soak the pepper with clean water for 15 minutes. Place the shrimps in, let them stay for half minutes and then turn over. Fry until the shrimp changes color. Then place doubanjiang and fry over small fire. Drizzle light soy sauce and cooking wine along the edges of the wok.  Then add green onion sections, toasted sesame seeds and sesame oil.
