As a big fan of salt and pepper dishes, I highly recommend this shallow frying method since it is much easier comparing than regular pan-frying. Previously I brought lot of salt and pepper dishes. In my mind, there are lots of wonderful ingredients for salt and pepper. All meat, seafood and even <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinasichuanfood.com\/pan-fried-king-oyster\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"17735\">mushroom<\/a>s.   They can be the most lovely side dish for your table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cooking Note<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to keep the best shape, recommend cutting beef into thicker pieces than stir frying piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the oil until hot before adding the beef. High temperature oil contribute a lot to the crispy shell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can further coating the beef with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinasichuanfood.com\/chinese-sweet-and-sour-sauce\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"3734\">sweet and sour sauce<\/a> or other sauces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut beef into 0.5 cm thickness pieces and then marinate with salt, soy sauce and pepper. Then spread the beef slices in. Cook until golden brown. Then return the fried beef.
