Reduce the heat to a simmer and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags or strain to remove the tea residue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chinasichuanfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/4.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour the black tea base&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.baidu.com\/link?url=pfQsvj9OCFdJh_7AcDDyRZWW1yWgQAM9FH8df8qJO3g8nZvMw4r-mT7FninjcgsPszf3YA45YkpvK09LHrp2U8Eap8aP4ix3vBsSR-7l8OlZjN8_Kka44rvok448iAW4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>back and forth a couple of times to enhance the flavor and remove the bitterness since we are making a strongly brewed black tea base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chinasichuanfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/5.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assemble<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you prefer to add some boba pearls, as we do, cook the raw boba pearls according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinasichuanfood.com\/how-to-cook-tapioca-pearls-for-boba-or-bubble-tea\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this instruction<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add boba pearls first, followed by iced cubes. Pour in about two or three tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, pour in the Hong Kong milk tea base we prepared in the previous step.
