As you know, I am a fan of milk tea and bubble tea. In most cases, I use sweetened condensed milk as the sweetener of my bubble tea instead of syrup. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is super easy to make your homemade condensed milk with just three ingredients- milk, sugar, and butter. Once you try making this at home, you&#8217;ll never want to go back to store-bought! I love my home version because I can control the amount of sugar as well as the overall quality and quantity. A large surface can save you lots of time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Let&#8217;s start with slow fire to dissolve the sugar. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The trick of making perfectly smooth, textured, sweetened condensed milk is <strong>&#8220;don&#8217;t stir it&#8221;<\/strong> when it starts to boil. You can see from the picture below that lots of floats will attach to the edge of the pan and also the milk skin. Please don&#8217;t mix them with our sweetened condensed milk.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the milk skin forms. I love the shape-holding technique when you use a scraper to separate a gap on the surface of the pan. It will hold for a while.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this time, you may find that the sweetened condensed milk is still too runny compared to the store-bought version. Mantou is a Chinese-style bread that is deep-fried. But it is plain in flavor.
